At DermMicro, we stand behind our scalp care and micropigmentation products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
